Lady of Communion

Julie Santiago

I am the grateful keeper of the Temple of The Lady of Communion.

Born into a Catholic, Southern, Lebanese family, I was conditioned to believe that the “masculine” was better than the “feminine”. I thought that in order to have outer success in the world, I needed to produce, to take action, to plow through, to ignore my body, to drown my feelings, and to be whoever the world needed me to be.

I went to Johns Hopkins University, then worked on Wall Street for almost a decade. I hide in plain sight – from others, but mostly from myself – while climbing every ladder I could, wondering why I still felt empty. I fell under the illusion that the answers were somewhere outside of me, so I was always chasing something hoping to find them.

At the sacred age of 33, the 13 Moon Lineage and the divine feminine came into my life. I immediately knew I was home. The emptiness I had felt was filled by the reunion of my whole self – of my anima and animus, my masculine and feminine, my sun and moon. I found the answers I’d been seeking buried deep within me.

I am committed to walking and living in harmony with nature and with my own ever-changing rhythms and cycles.

I currently do this by spending long periods of time outdoors, mothering my 1-year old, and guiding ambitious corporate women who are living out of harmony with their soul selves.

When you sit in the presence of the Lady of Communion, you are invited to step fully into your sovereign power as the creator of the world you see.
